Open both images
in Photoshop |

CLONE TOOL in the
primary image in case the new head doesn't fit perfectly |

Select the head you want in the other image.

Use the MOVE TOOL
to move the selected tool from the other image to the primary
image. |

(In case Photoshop creates a new layer ... select this layer)

EDIT > TRANSFORM > ROTATE and EDIT > TRANSFORM > SCALE
(Skip this step if head
fits correctly) |

May have to click little eye next to copied head layer to make it
appear.
